Valcony Villa wasn't born out of a business plan, but rather the simple dream of a family who wanted a home surrounded by nature, with a swimming pool and quiet spaces to spend quality time together.
This house is a small space of intention that gradually grew from a dream into a home that we want to share with others so that they can feel the same way.
Every corner of the house is designed simply but full of feeling.
The morning sunlight filtering through the soft white curtains, the poolside lounge quiet enough to hear yourself, or the wide lawn that brings everyone back together - these things may seem small, but we've intentionally included them so you can truly "rest".
We believe that the best relaxation is spending time with your loved ones, in a place where you feel safe and secure, and we hope that Valcony Villa will be your second home – a home that is not only beautiful, but also offers quiet, loving, and quality time.

Minimal Muji style pool villa amidst nature — 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with a large living room, can accommodate up to 14 people.
Ideal for family or group vacations that require peace, privacy and good times together.
It comes with a private swimming pool and premium amenities and services designed to make you feel relaxed from the moment you step into your room.
The price is for 10 people per night. Up to 4 additional guests can be accommodated at an additional charge of 1,000 baht per person per night to maintain a private and perfect quality of stay for everyone.

We designed our 4 Seasons Rooms to be like the space you want to relax in during your desired season, with natural light, feel and small details.

Yui is a hall designed to be the “center of all seasons” and the heart of Valcony Villa in terms of space, sightlines and feeling.
The interior space is laid out simply but intentionally, with large glass panels all around connecting every corner of the house.
